4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6.2 Currency. All transactions on the Boospay99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via USDT TRC20 will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and will be communicated within the Deposits section of the platform.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 12.2 By the User. Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Boospay99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the account is closed. Remaining real-money balances (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the User's verified payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
